  Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resortu2019s website.
  RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resortsu2019 on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
  Other tests such as antibody tests or antigen tests and tests performed outside of this 120 hours period will not be accepted
  ALL OF THE PENTHOUSE UNITS HAVE SPIRAL STAIRCASES. Resort will request a credit card at the time of check in and a $100.00 hold will be put on the card for incidentals. Resort no longer accepts American Express cards. Units 14 through 19 are Pentihouses and have spiral staircases that require climbing stairs and not suitable for the elderly or handicap.
  A rt-PCR test for COVID19 is required for all travelers originating from a country that is categorized as high or moderate risk, performed within 120 hours prior to departure to St. Maarten. Visitors are encouraged to complete a mandatory application through St. Marteenu2019s Electronic Health Authorization System (EHAS) as soon as they have received their rt-PCR test result.
  Passengers entering the island MUST fill out the entry form available at stmaartenentry.com. It is also mandatory to present a negative COVID-19 test result dating back no more than 72 hours prior to arrival (even if in transit to another destination). The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch from Tuesday to Sunday (Mondays are closed), and Sunday is only open for breakfast.
