  Resort is currently replacing furniture in the units as delivery and supply chain allows. Not all units and furniture can be done at once.
  Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
  Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
  Barrier Island does NOT allow reservations for less than 3 nights. Violations will result in cancellation.
  Unit change is NOT allowed unless an emergency exists where the confirmed unit is down. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times while at the resort. Amenities fee charged for resort-owned amenities.
  Most units have exterior and interior stairs. There are multiple flights of stairs to access most units.
  Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
