  We do not add outside company reservations until 10 days before the check-in date. If an inbound guest wants to make a request, we ask that they call us closer to their check-in date. We would happily accommodate their request, but we can not guarantee them.

  Fees charged for some utilities.
  The electric fee is based on your usage. On average, guests staying in a one-bedroom unit can expect to pay between USD $75 to $150 per week for electricity, while those staying in a two-bedroom unit can expect to pay between USD $150 to $250 per week. It is important to note that the electric fee varies depending on usage and may be higher or lower than the average amount.
