Barclay Towers is both a hotel and a timeshare resort. Breakfast is included in the nightly room rate for hotel guests. Timeshare guests pay nothing directly to Barclay Towers for their exchange - they pay their home resort's maintenance fee and the company they book or exchange through. Breakfast is limited to hotel guests.
Check-in is at 5pm. No early check-ins will be permitted.
Additional vehicles will have to utilize paid parking in the City garage.
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
