Hi, I have collected more float (1-52) weeks than I can use so I am going to sell three of our timeshares. This property is awesome and clearly the best Sheraton I have ever visited as they have recently renovated it. I have stayed at this resort and also used it for trading via Interval International.I have multiple weeks available for sale all are 2bed/2 bath weeks high season and great II traders (see my trades below that I have made with these weeks). The weeks I have are every other year odd years, every other year even years, and annual week. The annual and every other year even years first year of usage is 2024. The first year of usage for the EOY odd is 2025.Price for annual week is $799, closing costs and fees, and maintenance fee $1450 (assuming you want to use it for 2024. I am okay using it for 2024 should you prefer to start usage in 2025).Price for EOY even week is $499, closing costs and fees, and maintenance fee $745 (assuming you want to use it for 2024. I am okay using it for 2024 should you prefer to start usage in 2026).Price for EOY odd week is $499 and closing costs and fees. There is no maintenance fee as first year of usage is 2025 (which bills you in January). Here are just some of the trades (mostly traded into two bedroom units) have made with these weeks (I have owned weeks since 2008):-Westin Nanea -Westin Kaanapali -Westin Princeville -Marriott Kauai Beach Club -Marriott Waiohai -Marriott Ko Olina Oahu -Marriott Newport Villas -Marriott Aruba Surf Club -Marriott Lakeshore Reserve -Westin Kierland -Whistler Intrawest -Harborside at Atlantis -Four Seasons San Diego -Four Seasons Scottsdale -Many more places available that we haven’t visited yet.I found this trader property via timeshare user group and spent countless hours researching it. As I tell all my friends and family, this is addicting as you stay at AMAZING resorts for $200/night.As I tell all my friends and family. My cost of rooms are the same as they used to be when traveling to Maui. But now instead of staying at a motel six (275 square foot room) near the airport with a family of four, we now stay at the Westin Nanea in a two bedroom/2 bathroom 1250 square foot unit a couple hundred yards from the ocean for the same price. We essentially went for a small 1 star motel to a large 5 star resort for the same price. TUG and the Sheraton Desert Oasis has changed my family’s traveling lifestyle as my wife has declared I have ruined her for traveling. :)

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
