  Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  Six weeks prior to your stay, you should receive Plan & Prepare information from the resort followed-up by a Precheckin Registration form two weeks prior to check-in, both will be sent by email. Please fill out the forms and email them back to info@belairbeach.com. Make sure to include a copy of your RCI confirmation letter and relation number for your stay. Contact the resort by email or telephone if you have not received the forms.
