There is actually two separatecondos; one unit sleeps four and the other unit sleeps 6. All units areair conditioned and have parking for your vehicles with separate parkingfor your boat trailer close by for your convenience.The units are located off the fairway of the traditional golf course. Anew indoor swimming pool and activity center are nearby for your use. Youalso have access to Breezy Point Resort’s indoor swimming pool,whirlpool/hot tub, spa and game and pool table room as well as the newpool at Whitebirch and all its amenities. The resort is located onbeautiful Pelican Lake with its own sandy swimming beach and sand volleyball courts. Fishing boats, paddle boats, kayaks and pontoon rentals areavailable.All closing costs and transfer fees will be paid by the buyer.Maintenance fees are $1048 and property taxes are $51 totaling $1099.
