  Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.

  Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
  Units with lofts have full stairs (not spiral) to an open loft (semi-private) area with another bathroom. The resort is a multi-floor building with no elevator access. There are many stairs leading to each unit. Units cannot be switched or changed upon arrival. All special requests must be made in advance. Unit view not guaranteed. Ski Granby Ranch closes the last Sunday in March; Winter Park typically stays open until mid-April.
  Check-in before 4 pm is not available. Property has keyless entry-you will be emailed all the necessary check-in information to go directly to your unit. The resort office is currently closed to the public. If no email is on file, your unit access code packet will be left in a drop box outside the front door. You must call the office the following morning to complete the check-in process.

  Contact Susan Pierce at 970-887-6030 ext. 2 prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay or if confirming a close-date reservation. All special requests MUST be made at least 2 weeks in advance. On the date of arrival your assigned unit is final, with no possibility of upgrading or switching units.
