  There are stairways leading to all upper units. The resort consists of 7 buildings, each with up to 3 levels, and there are no elevators. If you prefer a ground floor unit, please contact the resort to be placed on the waiting list. However, they cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
  If confirm close date (48 hours or less prior to check in time), you must contact resort at 865-453-3240 for check-in instructions and to notify resort.
  Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
  Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
