Some units have stairs. Contact the resort for unit information. The resort only guarantees unit type, not location or views. The resort does not relocate or assign specific units. Any Points reservations may require a unit change.
A credit card is required upon check-in for any damages or incidental charges. Pets are not allowed.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Guests MUST contact the front desk prior to 8pm on their arrival date to set up an after-hours lockbox to get into their unit if arriving after 8pm. If failure to contact the front desk during business hours, there will be a $75 after-hour fee assessed. We provide a lockbox and codes for after-hour check-ins.
